About the role

The SEN team is part of a significant transformational process which aims to improve the outcomes for children and families. The team works to support, monitor and deliver the statutory framework as well as to support schools and early year’s settings to provide inclusive learning opportunities.

As Senior EHCP Coordinator for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the work of EHC coordinators across the service
  • Ensure that the EHCP Co-ordinators undertake statutory SEN assessment and placement processes in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure that performance standards and national indicators relating to the statutory EHC pathway and assessment process are achieved
