The British Heart Foundation is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. We have the ambition to deliver £50million in digital revenue from key product portfolios by offering world-class digital experiences that achieve greater impact for research and BHF customers.

You'll lead the paid social team responsible for planning, management, optimisation and analysis of a diverse portfolio of campaigns, working closely with the organic social team to maximise effectiveness.

You'll also line manage executives and develop the paid social roadmap and strategy for the team.

About you

We are looking for a digital leader with strong communication and influencing skills. You'll have previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-workstream, commercial orientated environment and have the ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering paid social campaigns, ready to spot opportunities and take responsibility for quality assurance and organisation-wide training from day one.

With an in-depth understanding of paid social strategy, methodology and best practices, you'll be an expert user of Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn ads Manager, Snapchat ads. With previous experience of DoubleClick Campaign Manager and Google Analytics you'll also have knowledge of personalisation, marketing automation, A/B and multivariate testing and performance marketing tactics. Sufficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills you'll have an understanding of SEO, Display, and Landing Page Testing.
