Job Details
Our client, one of London's leading higher education establishments, is currently looking to recruit a temporary Registry Officer, to provide key administrative support within the registry department.
As the organisations registry officer, you will maintain the application and enrolment processes for all taught and research programmes. You will also take responsibility in ensuring the validity of applicants' qualifications and documentation during the initial assessment process. The post holder will be required provide advice and guidance to existing and potential students concerning enrolment procedures as well as assisting in the delivery of international registration sessions. Contributing and supporting related activities in the department, you will also assist with a wider range of departmental administrative tasks.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to have previous administrative experience within a higher education environment along with excellent IT and communication skills. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
