The Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies represents over 30 independent charities serving children and families. Our member agencies provide specialist adoption services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Located in London or elsewhere – with regular travel

The Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies (CVAA) is seeking to appoint a dynamic and determined leader who will serve as Chief Executive of CVAA.  In partnership with the Board, she or he will be responsible for the profile, success and sustainability of CVAA as a collective endeavour for excellence in the adoption system.  Working with national and local partners, she or he will support our members in the work they do for children and families; collaborate with a range of partners to improve the adoption system; support the sector-led Adoption and Special Guardianship Leadership Board; and make a big impact for some of the most vulnerable children in our society.
