Engagement and Events Executive – The Role

 Gain valuable expertise and enjoy an unforgettable experience in our Philanthropy and Events Team. We want you to play a vital part in helping create a world class supporter experience that will enable us to grow our high-value income in support of our new and ambitious strategy.

As part of the team you will develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of tailored events designed to engage and retain high value supporters. This will involve co-ordinating logistics and project managing a wide range of events including securing venues to on the day delivery. You will work with our content team to deliver audience appropriate creative outputs, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and evaluate effectiveness.

Engagement and Events Executive – Requirements

You must possess a good understanding of the principles of event management and experience of delivering a range of creative and engaging events, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities you will have strong communication and relationship building skills.

Proficient in MSOffice you will be a team player who is happy working autonomously and making decisions under pressure. Knowledge of, and an interest in, the natural world and WWF’s core mission would be highly valued.
