Spring Impact is an organisation with a bold social mission.

We work with social impact projects around the world that are doing truly transformative work and develop the plans, the systems and the processes that social sector projects need in order to grow and become scalable so that they reach many more people.

We are looking for a Business Support Manager and require an enthusiastic and proactive self-starter with a passion for the work we do. 

The purpose of the role is to enhance the effectiveness of the UK team by providing administrative and coordination support. The role will also support wider team compliance with HR, health and safety and travel policies.

To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. You will bring an ability to not only get things done, but also to identify what needs doing and how best to do it. 

Spring Impact is a registered charity, but one that operates with bags of entrepreneurial drive. We are innovative, imaginative and highly skilled in doing a lot with a little. The team you will be joining are an exceptional bunch who have been drawn from highly successful careers in a variety of fields and who have chosen to focus their talents on something they believe in.
