A high profile well-know government organisation based in Central London.

Description

  • Contribute to the delivery of the organisations overall social marketing programme.

  • This role will support the development of the strategy for the particular stages including the brands and campaigns therein and lead the evaluation of the organisations high profile, award winning campaigns.

  • To develop robust and insight-based marketing strategies for key stages, based on clear quantified business targets, SMART objectives and robust modelling. E.G. Write and publish the marketing strategy for a specific stage.

  • To ensure national communications programmes are fully integrated and synergistic with local activity.

  • To support the commissioning research including qualitative techniques such as ethnography and quantitative techniques such as shopper basket analysis as well as digital analysis such as social media listening.

  • To ensure each campaign, activity and channel is fully evaluated and that this evaluation is acted upon to drive continuous improvement in marketing.

  • To provide agencies with clear, focused and directional briefs which ensure each contributes effectively to the overall plan.

Profile

  • Experience and understanding of marketing planning techniques including insight generation, campaign strategy development, creative development, media planning, research and evaluation.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and experience of applying these as part of an integrated campaign to generate response, engagement or behaviour change.

  • Understanding of behaviour change theory and how models can be applied to generate real impact/outcomes.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver projects to a high standard, to tight timescales and within budget.

Job Offer

The role is paying £42,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience initially for 6 months with the potential for extension.
