Challenge Events Fundraising Manager
We are working with a national health community and events team who have doubled their income in the last two years. They are now looking for someone to take on the new role of Challenge Events Manager.
This event portfolio brought in 1.2 million last year and are looking to grow further. Their biggest events are London Marathon, Brighton, Great North Run and Cardiff Half Marathon, some of their smaller events which they are looking to expand are Manchester marathon, Ride London, Royal Parks.
Reporting to the head of community an events you will line manage 3 event executives and an event assistant. The events will be split up and managed by the three executives.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Significant experience in developing a challenge event portfolio(ideally experience with as many of the above event)
* Budget management
* Strong forecasting skills
* Experience in line managing at least 2 people
* Experience in developing and analysing strategy to pinpoint possible future improvements
