Prospectus is delighted to be working with a children's health charity that is the only one of its kind in North London. The impact of the organisation extends from campaigns to at-home care for children in need of help, and they are now in the process of opening a new facility that will mean that they can do more and change the lives of more children for the better.
They are looking for someone who can prospect research for new opportunities, write applications for four and five figure grants, assist with larger applications, work with some corporates on bids and report back to donors on the progress of projects and the impact the charity is having. You will have the potential to grow in the role to the senior level within a year to 18 months and have the opportunity to pursue ambitious bids.
The person they are looking for will have good writing skills, the initiative to learn on the job and the ability to show that they understand the position they are applying for. Previous experience in trust and grant fundraising is preferred but not essential as they are keen to add value to those that have the potential to grow into the position.
