This important role will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications and the wider team to support Changing Faces in achieving its strategic goals and vision. This will involve delivering first class, high profile and evidenced based communications and marketing campaigns. Creating a brave, exemplary and exciting approach to engaging and influencing audiences to promote the charity's brand and services, this role will produce compelling content, develop innovative social media campaigns and will evaluate impact and performance of these projects on an ongoing basis. This role will also be responsible for developing the website and online content across all social media platforms in addition to supporting a busy calendar of events.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of having worked in a fast paced communications environment ideally within the charity sector but not essentially. This person will be a bold storyteller with outstanding writing skills and a keen eye for detail. Highly organised, professional and driven this person will be a creative and innovative communicator, will have run successful campaigns and will have been part of building a meaningful brand in addition to some events exposure. This person will be adept at mobilising networks through compelling engagement and authentic values and evidenced based content. An appreciation for the work of the organisation and a natural ability to engage audiences will be essential as will an empathetic and caring approach.
