About the Role
The Culture 4 Keeps Coordinator focuses on providing a cultural entitlement for children in the care of the local authority. 

We are seeking a dedicated professional, interested in working with young people, the arts and culture more broadly, who will plan and co-ordinate exciting opportunities for children to participate in activities all year round, after school, at weekends and in the holiday periods. 

The post holder will be a good communicator who can work with young people to develop individual cultural programmes tailored to children’s different needs and interests. The Culture 4 Keeps Co-ordinator will ensure that participation is sustained and that outcomes for Children Looked after are achieved.

About you
The successful candidate will champion the needs of all children looked after and leaving care, including those living out of borough and with special needs. The post holder will have strong networking skills, be skilled at working in partnership, in addition to being able to multi-task and problem-solve in a busy working environment.
