Our client are the largest landlord group in the North East, owning and managing almost 34,000 homes in an area spanning North Tyneside to York, with the majority of properties in the Tees Valley. They have plans to build at least 2,000 new homes over the next five years, as well as investing over £100m in improving the homes they manage. By doing this, they will make a major contribution to the regeneration of the Tees Valley to support the local economy.

As their Compliance Business Partner, you will support the Senior Governance and Compliance Manager in the delivery of professional, high performing and customer focused governance, compliance and customer engagement services. With a particular focus on safeguarding, equality and diversity through a business partner approach.
 
They are looking for you to have a good knowledge of Safeguarding children, adults and prevent legislation with experience of managing Safeguarding. You will be the representative of our client in multi agency strategic working groups across the Tees Valley, knowledge of this environment would be an advantage. The Ability to develop policies and procedures to support the diverse services and knowledge of regulation and relevant legislation to provide advice and guidance to colleagues. With your excellent communication skills, you will experienced in delivering learning sessions to diverse audiences.
