Reception Administrator
Location: London, E15
Contract: Part time, permanent
Salary: £9.00ph - £10.25ph according to experience
Hours: 16-18 hrs per week (fixed hours to be agreed according to availability)

This post will provide reception desk cover and support the daily administrative functions of the office based and remote working teams.

Applicants should be methodical and well organised in their approach to work tasks and have good communication skills especially over the phone and in person.  Good IT skills and enthusiasm for this role and its contribution to the Head Office teams is as important as previous experience.

Main duties of the role:

  • to provide administration services for Head office including reception desk duties and maintaining communal office areas and facilities
  • to provide admin support for the Welfare Fund which involves ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and authorised from request stage through to payment and delivery, purchasing items from authorised suppliers and then liaising with practitioners regarding delivery dates, out of stock items and arranging redelivery or replacements as needed, and dealing with any other Welfare Fund related queries.
