Our client, based on the Herts / Essex Border, is committed to providing high quality education, care and health services for young people with epilepsy, autism and complex needs. They offer a specialist non-maintained residential / day provision for children and young people aged 5 – 19 years. They provide well-resourced classrooms, excellent residential facilities and opportunities for varied outdoor activities within their own extensive natural grounds.
Position: Teacher
Location: Bishops Stortford (Commutable from Biggleswade, Stevenage, Harlow and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £24,018 to £34,934 per annum depending on qualification & experience

Due to increasing student numbers, they are looking for outstanding classroom practitioners to join their multi-disciplinary team.
About you:
- Previous SEN experience is desirable
- What matters to them is that you have a passion for helping children and young people with complex needs reach their full potential
- They will provide full induction, training and support to those who come from a mainstream teaching background
- Have qualified teaching status in the UK
- Think creatively and can engage positively with pupils with a broad range of highly complex needs
- Will work collaboratively and flexibly with multi-disciplinary colleagues towards delivering excellence
- Have good IT skills
