Description
The key responsibilities of this Individual Giving Executive will be:
- Support wider IG team in planning and delivery of supporter journey activity
- Focus on lifetime value, maximising both voluntary income and donations from individual supporters
- Support the manager in the continuous development of supporter development strategy
- Provide comprehensive evaluation of campaigns and make recommendations
- Evaluate effectiveness of supporter journey management against objectives
- Develop new and bespoke supporter journeys and manage collateral for them
Profile
The person specification for this Individual Giving Executive is:
* Experience developing and implementing campaigns
* Experience within a not for profit organisation
* Ability to manage a variety of projects and manage budgets
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to present oral/written information professionally and persuasively
* Enthusiastic nature
