Job Details
I am currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to provide a high-quality recruitment service to a major armed forces charity. The main purpose of this role is to manage the relationship with existing employers and job seekers to maximise the number of job vacancies advertised and help match them to suitable candidates. You will also maintain and develop relationships with employers across a broad range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with employers and third-party intermediaries to maximise the number of vacancies available to job seekers; providing advice on the posting opportunities; seeking feedback on applicants and other candidate outcomes; providing regular updates on specific opportunities; making regular contact with accounts to ensure the number of opportunities is maximised
Act as a focal point for all job-related enquiries from job seekers and employers/third party intermediaries providing a quick and efficient service via telephone, email, and social media
Manage the jobs board by coordinating, sourcing and publishing suitable vacancies from employers and from partner websites and posting new jobs to Twitter and Linked In.
Work with employers and third-party intermediaries on job adverts and the recruitment process, undertaking candidate searches and matching and shortlisting candidates on their behalf as appropriate.
Proof read job descriptions and job advertisements to ensure they are appropriately worded and legally compliant before they are published.
Liaise with job seekers and match their skills/knowledge to suitable vacancies and provide general advice on application formats as required.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of job seekers, employers and recruitment activities on Salesforce.
Prepare weekly and monthly and outcome reports as well as quarterly skills and sector reports for job seekers and vacancies.
