Prospectus is proud to be partnering with a specialised disability charity that is looking to recruit for a new Head of Philanthropy. The organisation educates, up-skills, supports and develops people with learning disabilities giving them a strong reputation for their positive impact.

They are looking for an experienced Major Donor professional to work with the donors they have already developed and effectively manage the stewardship programme they have in place. The charity is keen to see effective reporting on the Major Gifts pipeline and for someone to be a strong communicator with the rest of team in creating synergy in the events and marketing they produce. An exciting part of the role will be to develop a new strategy for how the organisation will be interacting with High Net Worth Individuals and building a new supporter journey in collaboration with the rest of the organisation.

You will have previously secured at least five figure gifts from individuals and their family trusts with the ability to maintain those relationships to ensure a sustainable income stream. This role will require someone who knows how to manage bespoke and specialist events alongside managing budgets and building engagement strategies.
