Are you an experienced fundraising manager with experience in individual giving and events? Prospectus is proud to be working with a leading health organisation to recruit their new Supporter Engagement Manager. This organisation is the leading national charity focused on the battle against a disease that effects the quality of life for those 300,000 people in the UK with the condition.

Reporting to and deputising for the Director of Income Generation, the Supporter Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the charity's individual giving and events programmes, and for managing and motivating the supporter fundraising team, managing two Fundraising Officers and a Supporter Care Team Leader. You will develop, manage and monitor budgets, and provide reports, income analysis and monthly KPIs for the team.

Focusing on the charity's warm supporters, you will aim to increase retention across fundraising areas and develop and test supporter journeys. You will also recruit new supporters using a variety of approaches. The Supporter Fundraising Manager will also be involved in developing proposals and content for direct marketing including raffles and legacy appeals. The Supporter Fundraising Manager will lead the events programme including annual balls, runs and walks, responsible for a large proportion of fundraising income. The Supporter Fundraising Manager will have a solid track record in a fundraising management position, and will have experience of working on individual giving and events programmes.
