Job Details

The Ewing Foundation supports teachers and other professionals working with deaf children and young people by providing them with the latest and best specialist knowledge, practice and technology. Set up over 50 years ago, they are a national charity promoting inclusion and achievement for deaf children through listening and speaking.

The Foundation is now seeking its next CEO to continue to further develop the work, reach and impact of the charity, providing growing benefit to deaf children and young people, and their families. A UK-wide role, tasks will include leading the geographically dispersed team, developing and delivering strategy, networking and promoting the work of the Foundation and supporting the Board with it's governance responsibilities.

An ambitious and self-motivating professional with senior level experience from within a charity, you will have broad experience across a number of functions. Whilst the preference is for relationship building and ambassadorial skills, you will be comfortable with business administration and charity governance. Health and paediatric sector background would be beneficial.
