Prospectus is partnering with JW3 in search of their new Fundraising Manager. JW3 aim to transform the Jewish landscape in London and is the first Jewish Community Centre and arts venue of its kind in the city. By engaging with Jewish arts, culture, and community, JW3 aim to help create a vibrant, diverse, and proud community.
An integral part of the engaged and ambitious development team, the Fundraising Manager role will work with a large portfolio of individual donors to JW3, always spotting opportunities to upgrade and engage individuals already warm to the organisation. The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the Director of Development toward the annual team target of £2.2million, arranging meetings with high profile donors, guiding them through site visits, and listening to their aspirations on a lasting, meaningful partnership with JW3.
The Fundraising Manager will have proven fundraising success working with mid and high value donors, and will be comfortable working to ambitious fundraising targets. You will be a true relationship fundraiser who is able to priorities your portfolio of donors for the advancement of donor giving and organisational objectives. The selected candidate will have personally secured four and five figure gifts and will be highly interested in developing their own fundraising career.
