Income Development Manager
Prospectus is excited to be partnering Adoption UK to source their new Income Development Manager. Adoption UK is the leading charity providing support, awareness and understanding for those parenting or supporting children who cannot live with their birth parents. This is an exciting time to be joining Adoption UK as they expand their Fundraising activities.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Resources, the Income Development Manager will be largely responsible for creating and generating income by building and managing relationships with key grant-giving Trusts. The Income Development Manager will lead on developing and submitting successful proposals for funding. Adoption UK are looking for candidates who are open to working with and developing the engagement of potential corporate funders, although no prior corporate fundraising experience is needed.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Trusts Fundraiser with a strong track record in securing five or six figure gifts from Trusts and Foundations. The Income Development Manager will need to have prior experience of building up a strong pipeline of prospective grant-giving donors, such as Trusts, as well as managing accounts and the full grant fundraising cycle.
Adoption UK are looking for a self-starter with a drive and passionate approach to work, to join their team based in Banbury, Oxford. They would be open to some flexible working.
