We are looking for an experienced Community and IMO Fundraising Manager to join a busy fundraising team. Having recently launched it’s 5-year strategy and new brand it is an exciting point in this Charity’s development, fundraising will be increasingly important to the success of the organisation in the coming years. 

Joining the fundraising team at a hugely exciting time the Community and IMO Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing the newly formed Regional Fundraising and will lead on the development and delivery of a sustainable and cost-effective community fundraising strategy. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for leading and delivering the IMO campaigns and implementing a legacy marketing programme to help secure future income.

As a senior member of the fundraising team you will have previous management experience in order to lead, support and develop your team to be the best they can be, and have experience in managing remote teams across a large geographical footprint. With significant experience in securing and growing a community fundraising programme the post holder will also have account management and supporter journey experience, putting the organisation’s supporters at the heart of all they do.
