Job Details
We're looking for a talented PA and Team Coordinator to support our Directors of Healthcare Innovation and Senior Management team (SMT). You will provide first class administrative and secretarial support to the team and support them with their day to day work, as well as coordinating a range of activities across the directorate.
You'll also be involved and provide secretariat support for board and steering group meetings involving senior external and internal stakeholder and will coordinate and support the HI senior management team in the delivery of their annual work programmes.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing PA support at director level. You'll be able to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines and have proven experience of providing high quality office and communication management.
To succeed you'll be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a calm, can-do approach. With strong communication skills you'll have the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You'll have excellent organisation and time management skills able to keep on top of daily tasks. We host a number of high profile meetings with senior stakeholders so the successful candidate must be happy taking minutes in fast moving complex meetings.
In return you'll join an enthusiastic team that works on exciting, high-profile projects that's making a difference to the lives of people fighting heart disease.
