Database and Administration Officer

Salary up to £27k per annum, dependent upon experience
25 days holiday
Full time (term time and during school holidays)

We are looking for a bright, resourceful and highly organised individual, with a keen attention to detail, for the role of Database and Administration Officer.  The role will involve a range of tasks, including database management, handling supporter correspondence and telephone calls, gift administration, assisting and helping to organise events on and offsite, diary management and liaising with external agencies on behalf of the team. 

You should be a strong team player, be a confident verbal and written communicator with good inter-personal skills.  You will have the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a timely and accurate way. Previous experience of working with CRM databases (ideally Raiser’s Edge or similar) is essential and experience of updating websites and social media sites would be desirable.  You should have an understanding and working knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). For the ambitious candidate there will be potential to progress and suitable training will be given. 

It’s an exciting time to join the Development Team, as we look to increase our support and services to the School community to celebrate our 150th Anniversary in 2019.  

This role is based in Weybridge on a beautiful 100 acre site; five minutes walk from a station.  Parking is available and lunch is provided. It is expected that this role will require occasional evening and weekend work.
