You must be attentive, articulate, and detail-orientated, extremely competent at using Excel to manage data and analyse user information, often to tight deadlines. You will be positive, proactive and process-driven, able to conduct often repetitive and ongoing tasks for the benefit of the programme. Overall, you will be a motivating and inspiring Support Manager, passionate about providing a quality service to all participants and excited about staying on top of a range of moving pieces.
