IT Systems Technician
Full Time, 35 hours, Permanent, Immediate Start
£30,062 - £35,367 + £3,285 London Weighting if applicable, plus pension
Working as part of UnLtd’s Central Services team the IT Systems Technician will play a key role in ensuring that all UnLtd staff are provided with effective computer and IT services and trained in their use.
The IT Systems Technician’s remit includes the support of 75 staff (includes remote users) and administration of UnLtd’s existing IT services including: internal user Helpdesk service, IT infrastructure, applications and hardware. You will be the sole IT support within the organisation but additional support from our IT contractor is available. We require someone with strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical people. At UnLtd we invest in our staff and will provide support if you wish to undertake professional development training to enhance your skills and working knowledge.
