Our client is transforming, they’re becoming settle. Although they’ve been around for 12 years, government policies have changed, social housing has changed and their customers have changed. They will continually evolve to meet their customers’ needs and to deliver their social purpose; providing affordable homes for local people.
As they transition they aim to continue to support their customers to self facilitate strong, independent communities. The Housing Manager will lead the housing services operational teams to deliver this commercially caring approach enabling a culture of empowered accountability amongst their colleagues and customers in a particularly challenging environment with changes to their customer’s income and benefits.
The successful candidate will be someone with a strong housing background who is passionate about building the future of housing within a changing landscape. You will recognise yourself as a leader and understand the significance of leadership as well as management. Ideally you will also have a strong background in income management and/or process design.
