The successful candidate will be committed to engaging with the local voluntary sector, to create excellent services for people over 50.

Aims of the Post:

To work with partner agencies Bristol Community Health, BS3 Community and Barton Hill Settlement. To research and develop voluntary sector support options available to people over 50 in East, Inner and South Bristol. To network and liaise with voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups in Bristol to develop their awareness of Community Navigators Bristol and Bristol Ageing Better (BAB) and to develop referral pathways. To build the capacity of voluntary and community groups to work effectively to reduce social isolation for older people. Interviews will be held between 14th June 2018
