They will also play a key role in the facilitation and preparation of regular meetings, recording actions and follow-ups and ensuring the smooth running for the wider team. This varied role also includes organising event engagement, logistics, maintaining the relevant records and tracking the budget. The post holder will play a pivotal role performing numerous tasks that will ensure everything is functioning correctly, this will include taking responsibility or fielding calls and emails, providing administrative support for events and providing an all-round flexible and responsive service to the office. Further to this, the post holder will work closely with a senior Rabbi and take responsibility for guaranteeing she is well prepared and their time is managed effectively.
The successful candidate will thrive in supporting a team and have a proven track record in providing high quality administrative support and be comfortable utilising Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. With an outstanding attention to detail they will be comfortable multitasking and organising a variety of diaries and logistics. A clear and proficient communicator the next Team Administrator/PA will be able to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to facilitate senior stakeholders. A typing speed of 50+ words minute and the ability to comfortable take minutes on a laptop are also essential.
