Position: Multisystemic Therapy Manager - CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect) 
Location: Halford House Leicester (Commutable from Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Nuneaton, Market Harborough, Coventry, Nottingham and surrounding areas)

Salary: £45,834 - £49,248 per annum

About the role: 

Our client is expanding due to the success of this programme in Leicester. They are seeking an experienced Manager to lead this team. 

This post will oversee a team of three Therapists and one Case Support Worker to deliver to some of Leicester’s most vulnerable children and families. The post involves full clinical case oversight, the delivery of group supervision and consultation each week and ensuring that the team adheres to the evidence based programme requirements. The Manager will also have oversight of psychiatry input into the team and ensure a close collaborative partnership with social workers in delivering a planned intervention to keep children safely at home. 

The post holder will be required to be on call to the therapists on a 24 hour rota basis; alternate weeks. 

About you: 

- Qualified to post graduate level in relevant field, e.g. social work, clinical/forensic psychology, family therapist, mental health nursing/health specialism or relevant equivalent 
- Ability to provide highly specialist individual and group clinical supervision to MST therapists understanding complex systemic processes and utilising theory in line with MST models 
- Excellent therapeutic service skills including being trained to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Therapy and/or Family Therapy models with children, families and young people. 
- Experience of the ecological theory and the delivery of behavioural or cognitive behavioural therapies in a clinical setting
