Supporter Care Advisor
My client, a leading homeless charity, are looking for a dynamic Supporter Care Officer to join the team on a fixed term contract basis for 3 months .
You will deal with day to day supporter queries via the telephone, email and post. You will champion the supporter, working with a strong team who aspires to maximise income and loyalty through developing supporter relationships, improving supporter experiences and providing excellent standards of service. Alongside this, the role will also support the team to build supporter insight, offering expertise and sharing supporter perceptions and behaviours which will be fed into future communications always putting the supporter at the forefront and heart of everything the charity does.
