This fantastic Not-for-Profit Organisation is based a stroll from Farringdon, who are looking for a highly organise, autonomous Recruitment Coordinator.
You will oversee two key features:
You will assist the Director of HR in organising the recruitment processes. The organisation prides itself on allowing the line managers to take the lead with recruitment and this will be a role supporting this culture. While you will not be sat on the interview panel, you will have a crucial role to play in setting up and organising the whole process.
The second part will be managing the temporary and contractor work force with the organisation. This involves constantly liaising with the contractors whether they are agency workers, direct or contingency staff.
In addition, you will be solely responsible for the organisation of all staff new starter documents, including contracts.
When a new role arises, you will sit down with the hiring manager and establish what profile and skills are needed and agree on a clear recruitment path that the HR Business Partner puts in place; from that point on you will coordinate and administer the process.
You will be required to work at an extremely face paced, as you will be managing over 30 roles at any one time
This role will be closing on the 20th May with the view to interview within 5 days and starting soon after.
This role is a contract position for 9 months paying the equivalent annual salary of £40,000.
