The Mass Participation Fundraising Team is responsible for delivering a diverse and successful portfolio of mass participation fundraising offers, including runs, swims and cycles; overseas treks and challenges; public collections; and Marie Curie campaigns including the Great Daffodil Appeal and the Blooming Great Tea Party. The team is formed of four areas and this role is within the operational part of the team.
As a Product Support Manager (maternity cover) you will play an integral role in delivering the end to end operational requirements for the whole Mass Participation portfolio using your product management, analytical and relationship building skills. Providing solutions to support the team's objectives; ultimately to maximise income from supporters. This will include reporting, analysis, defining processes and systems and briefing work into internal teams and 3rd parties also providing hands on support as needed. Working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver these plans on time and to a sectoring leading standard. This role will be split between day to day delivery and overarching project work. You will also work on specific projects as defined in the Operational plan for Mass Participation, creating improvements in many areas; including but not restricted to reporting, analysis, 3rd party management and overarching processes and systems, and other areas as relevant.
