We are looking for an experienced Help desk manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our technical support team towards reaching and sustaining an excellent level of customer service as well as resolving all technical issues.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to managing the day to day overall provisions of the IT Service Desk and managing, mentoring and developing Service Desk teams.

Providing support and a point of escalation for the team ultimately, we want you to be able to ensure high quality technical support and increased client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be results driven and have extensive background in Service/Support Desk Management with proven track record of leading staff towards consistently meeting and exceeding  the required organisations service levels.
