Senior CRM Communications Officer
Cur client is a world-class university with a growing international reputation for high-quality teaching and excellence in research. Based at their campus in Middlesex they have excellent transport links via the M25/M4/M40 or by train.
They are seeking an experienced and driven CRM Officer to take responsibility for the development and implementation of the CRM marketing communications, to support effective student recruitment campaigns and successfully promote the university and its courses to prospective students.
This is a highly specialist role requiring a strong combination of marketing ability and customer relationship management skills, together with the ability to interpret insight & data. The post-holder will be required to work cross-functionally with the wider marketing, student recruitment and communications directorate and beyond, co-ordinating CRM marketing communications activity with stakeholders throughout the University.
Higher Education experience is desirable but not essential; however you should be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of UK Higher Education student recruitment and conversion marketing, gained in a similar environment.
The successful candidate will have CRM experience and be able to think strategically, using data and insight to shape future communication plans.
£32,548 - £38,833 plus £2,166 London weighting
