This award winning team sits in the core of the Services and Support directorate and supports several different teams across the country. Reporting to the Directorate Support Manager, you will be offering daily support and information to staff, volunteers and supporters across the country to deliver strategic goals. You will also be assisting in the development of new processes and ensuring they work as efficiently as possible. You will provide excellent customer service and use your exceptional administration and organisational skills to support the smooth running of the directorate.
As Administration Officer, you will have all round administrative skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages. A background in events administration is desirable. You will be a dynamic team player, armed with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both orally and in writing. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with office and home-based staff is essential. In addition you will have an ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload, a willingness to undertake other responsibilities and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
