Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager

As Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager you will be a key member of the HR management team and be responsible for the development and implementation of the health & well being strategy for the whole organisation.
To be considered for this position you will need to have excellent knowledge and experience of embedding good practice approaches in equality, diversity and inclusion and be passionate about developing a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels. These skills will also enable you to research and develop new ideas and initiatives and to present and win support for these from key stakeholders. You will have strong project management and organisational/people management skills and enjoy working in a busy and collaborative environment.
