Position: European Sales Executive 
Location: Cambridge (Commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Neots, Bedford, Hitchin, Stevenage, and surrounding areas) 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £33,002 to £36,669 per annum plus bonus

They anticipate holding interviews for this role on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 June at their Cambridge office. 

About the role: 

They have an opportunity for an exceptional individual to become otheir Corporate European Sales Executive, responsible for selling high quality scientific information and services to research-intensive companies across Western Europe. 

In this role, you will promote and proactively sell all our clients Publishing products to corporate customers across your territory. Reporting to their Corporate Sales Manager you will support our client and their customers by developing and maintaining strong business relationships, achieving sales targets and supporting their charitable activities. You will also play a key role in developing new products and services. 

About you: 

To be considered for this role you will have previous B2B sales experience and the ability build and maintain relationships with C level decision makers. You will also have strong solution selling experience and the ability to successfully handle complex sales challenges and previous experience building and managing a well-qualified opportunity pipeline. 

Strong negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to handle customer objections are required for this role along with the ability to lead and drive entire sales cycle and build rapport and relationships with clients and prospects. 

You will be self-motivated, able to work effectively remotely and visit relevant customers and events. 

You will have a good level of IT proficiency, with particular experience of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 

You may have experience of the following: European Sales Executive, Corporate European Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Corporate Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Account Management, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, NFP, Not for Profit etc.
