Senior Practitioners work on the most complex cases and may contribute to team management, deputising for the Team Leader and potentially supervising the work of a social worker, ASYE or student.

As a Senior Practitioner for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for:

  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
  • Managing a caseload of young people in compliance with casework objectives
  • Undertaking direct social work responsibilities as a allocated worker to the children and young people assigned
