The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. This makes it more likely they will struggle throughout their lives, widening social inequality. It’s a cycle that we’re determined to break.

We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and we are seeking two Finance Business Partners on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This is an exciting time to join Teach First as we undergo our five year strategy review and you will play a key role in providing strategic analysis to support and challenge our stakeholders in making the right decisions for our growing organization.

You are an effective and experienced Business Partner who is adept at supporting stakeholders at every level of the Organisation. You excel at communicating complex financial information to varied audiences, including non financial colleagues.

Along with the satisfaction of knowing you are working for an organization who are making a real difference, you will also receive £41,000 per annum including £3,000 London Weighting Allowance & excellent benefits.

We trust our people and believe that you do your best work when you can balance your work and home life. Our Agile working policy lets you agree with your line manager when and where you work most effectively.

The day when no child’s future is limited by their background is coming, yet, there is still more to be done. Join us and help us ensure every child in the UK has a fair shot at achieving their ambitions.
