This growing Building Society intends to grow its product and services, along with its consumer base and brand.


  • Deliver product strategy effectively with an understanding of the trends within the market place
  • Develop and manage the Society's products and portfolio in line with corporate objectives
  • Ensure that products are developed and taken to market appropriately
  • Develop, plan and executive the marketing strategy and plan of the Society across all channels
  • Develop promotional materials to be used in advertising campaigns
  • Deploy marketing campaigns to continue growth and to achieve business goals
  • Ensure that the product and service portfolio is supported appropriately by literature that is regulatory compliant and promotional materials across a number of channels.
  • Bring the Society more in line with a customer-centric model of marketing


  • Experience as a marketing manager within the financial services function is essential
  • Experience with financial services' products is essential
