Corporate Fundraising Manager

Location: Bristol

Hours:  Full-time

Salary £30K – 35K

Charisma is working in partnership with St Peter’s Hospice - the only adult hospice in Bristol, delivering end of life care to patients and their families. They aim to improve the quality of people’s living and dying while extending care and support to their families and loved ones.

The charity is now seeking to appoint a Corporate Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver a corporate fundraising strategy that drives growth and significantly increases corporate income through both securing new partnerships and providing exceptional account management.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A successful track record of securing new business and delivering against agreed targets
  • Ability to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Experience of creating and delivering powerful and compelling pitches and proposals
  • Successful track record of providing exceptional account management to deliver great results
  • Experience of developing and delivering ambitious corporate fundraising strategies and operational plans
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data

You will be a highly organised and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of audiences.  You will have high levels of attention to detail and be able to prioritise and multi task.
