Salary: £7.83 per hour aged 21 and over or £7.37 rising to £7.63 per hour between 18-20 - upon successful completion of probation

About the role
They are recruiting Support Workers to work within their Residential services in North Kent they have vacancies in Edenbridge, supporting adults with a learning disability in their own homes.
They provide 24/7 support to some people, so this role would suit you if you like the idea of working shifts and hours that include some weekends, nights and Bank Holidays.
You don’t need experience of support work or any special qualifications for this job - you’ll get plenty of training along the way. It’s great if you already have experience of learning disabilities, autism or dementia, but this is by no means essential. The ideal candidate will have good organisational, planning, communication and motivational skills and the desire to support people to live their life with as much independence, choice, dignity and control as possible.
