Supporter Engagement Executive
We’re Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s largest breast cancer charity – and we’re dedicated to funding research into this devastating disease. We believe that if we all act now, by 2050, everyone who develops breast cancer will live and live well.
The Supporter Engagement Team plays a vital role in Breast Cancer Now to ensure that we deliver an outstanding level of service to our important supporters so that their experience of Breast Cancer Now is second to none, leaving them feeling valued and committed to on-going support.
You will play a key role in their journey with us because as a member of our Supporter Engagement Team you will be responsible for delivering an excellent supporter experience by responding to incoming enquiries and ensuring our supporter records accurately reflect their relationship with Breast Cancer Now.
You will have previous experience of working in a customer or supporter service environment, with some experience of answering calls. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with excellent attention to detail; especially when working with supporter data. You will feel rewarded talking and engaging with our supporters and as a team player, you will be confident in working with teams from across the organisation at all different levels.
