Fundraising Manager, Trusts and Statutory
TPP Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Trusts and Statutory Fundraiser for a national children's charity.
The charity aims to provide children from poor socio-economic areas with better life chances. They work with schools, community partners and leading businesses, including high street brands. This is a new role which has come about due to rapid charity growth. The role sits within the fundraising team and reports to the Senior Fundraising Manager.
The main aim of the role is to generate income from trusts, foundations and statutory sources. The total income predicted this year from these sources is £1.4m. You will be researching, writing and presenting funding bids, applications and proposals. You will also collaborate with the programmes team to develop programme concepts. You will also work with colleagues to ensure effective reporting of funding received. Finally, the role may involve line management of ad hoc or administrative support, secondees and interns.
To be successful in this role you will have a track record of successful funding from trusts, foundations and statutory. You will have a track record of writing successful medium-sized bids (£25k - £45k). You will have excellent knowledge of effective fundraising and practice.
