Head of Retail

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday plus evenings and weekends as the role     requires           

Salary: £37,020 to £49,055 per annum according to skills and experience

Location: Cedars site but must be prepared to work across all Compton Care locations

If your answer to these questions is yes then Compton Care is looking for someone like you to lead an ambitious retail team who are playing a vital role as Compton re-launches itself, seeking to re-define palliative care.

About the Head of Retail role

We have created this new post to provide strong leadership for an ambitious fundraising team, seeking to support the equally ambitious Compton Care strategy. This post is vital to ensure that create a sustainable strategy for growth and become the charity of choice for the Black Country and neighboring counties.

You will report directly to the Director of Income Generation and will be a key member of the Income Generation leadership team.
