Position: Quality Auditor – National role
Location: Homebased position – Central Support Services based in Emersons Green, Bristol
Hours: Full time, 35 per week
Salary: £24,186 per annum (plus car allowance/company car)

About the Role
Working within the Quality & Improvement Team you will be responsible for driving quality as set out in the Quality Strategy to support services.
You will support Services to assess, evaluate and monitor Compliance and support the Quality & Improvement Team to embed quality assurance and quality control across the organisation. Following CQC fundamental standards and legislation and working to the standards and procedures set by Hft and within the appropriate statutory, and local guidelines, you will ensure that the Services are upholding all internal and external standards.
You will carry out an annual programme of Compliance audits and be involved in assessing, monitoring and reporting on operational delivery of Services. This will include working with Services across all regions and will involve regular travel and overnight stays.
You will be involved with the Compliance system and the co-ordinating of Compliance / Quality focus groups to drive quality and improvement.
You will have an understanding or background in quality assurance and/or audit processes within a Social Care setting with the ability to analyse data and produce written reports.
Experience of managing the operational delivery of services, an understanding of the Quality Care Commission, Registered Services and Registered Managers requirements and current legislation are essential requirements.
This position requires a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role including extensive travel and overnight stays within the UK.
You will need to hold full UK/EU driving licence.
Having a management qualification and previous audit experience are both desirable.
