As part of a redeveloped leadership team we are seeking a Director of Marketing, Communications and Customer Engagement.  In this newly created post s/he will reposition our marketing and communications activity to support the whole organisation. As well as developing and delivering Jewish Care’s marketing and communications strategy, the Director will support all teams to achieve their strategies. With a focus on maximising our service offer, this role will also involve developing our customer engagement strategy to ensure high quality, effective provision for all customers and their families. As part of an ambitious senior leadership team, the Director will work strategically with peers to ensure the organisation continues to deliver exceptional and relevant services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing organisational wide marketing strategies, with specific experience of running successful appeals and media strategies. You will be a strategic and ambitious senior leader with change management experience, who enjoys working across the organisation and leading and coaching ambitious and dedicated teams. You will have successful experience of working with people at all levels to secure their buy in and commitment and most importantly you will share our values to make a positive impact on the lives of our community.
