An excellent opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and experienced Manager to take the lead on our client’s CQC rated “Outstanding” services in Northamptonshire. You will be the Registered Manager for two locations, each with its own Locality Manager, and you will support the Managers to ensure the safe day-to-day operation of the services.

You will need a proven record of accomplishment and at least 2 years in a managerial role and will have, or be working towards, a QFC Level 5. You will have excellent knowledge of care regulations, laws and quality standards, and a sound understanding of the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, including a working knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support.

You must bring with you an in depth understanding of working with individuals with complex care needs, some of whom will have behaviours that may be challenging. You must be resilient and flexible, have proven team management skills, and the ability to work well with external stakeholders, including Health and Social Care Commissioners.
