The organisation

Publish What You Fund is the global campaign for aid transparency. Launched in 2008, they envisage a world where aid and development information is transparent, available and used for effective decision-making, public accountability and lasting change for all citizens.

Established 10 years ago, Publish What You Fund's model combines independent research with intelligent, long-term advocacy. Their flagship report, the Aid Transparency Index, and close relationships with aid donors around the world have been essential to this.

The organisation has been pioneering in encouraging donor governments and civil society organisations to support their mission which has led to more and better quality aid and development finance information, only 5 years after the first Aid Transparency Index was published. However there is still work to do and they are now seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to drive the organisation forward at an exciting time in its development.
